FEES AND PAYMENTS
TERM FEES
Tara House is a term time nursery and fees are charged on a termly basis. Please note that the Autumn term (approx 14 weeks) is longer than the Spring and Summer terms (approx 12 weeks). Costs are spread across a year to create a termly fee so all fee breakdowns are approximate costs.
There are three terms in a year: Autumn, Spring and Summer. Each term is approximately three months.
SUMMER CLUB
The Summer club runs separately for the first three weeks of August.
WHICH FUNDING ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR?
2 YEAR FUNDING
- 2 year funding for families receiving additional support – 15 hours
- 2 year funding for working families – 15 or 30 hours?

FREE PLACES
Free places are available for 2 Year Funded Children from families receiving additional support.
EEE FUNDING
- EEE funding for 3 and 4 year olds
EEE funding is allocated to every child in the first term after their third birthday

2 YEAR FUNDING AND 30 HOURS OF FUNDING
If you are eligible to claim the 2 year funding from either funding stream or if you are eligible for 30 hours funding for your 3 and 4 year old please inform the office of your code as soon as you can in advance of the beginning of term.
Please note that if you are eligible for 15 or 30 hours from either the 2 year working family funding or EEE funding that neither funding stream covers the entirety of the fees due and additional fees are allocated for time attended outside of the funded hours, Montessori premium teaching, specialist teaching and consumables.

NURSERY VOUCHERS / TAX FREE CHILDCARE
We do accept nursery vouchers and tax free childcare. This must be discussed with Nadia on an individual basis.
Payment is still required in full at the beginning of each term.
ABSENCES
We do not provide refunds for absences, sickness or parents’ annual holidays etc.
LUNCH CLUB AND EXTRA AFTERNOONS
Payment for the lunch club and extra afternoons to provide a full day can be billed in advance if you are booking a regular weekly plan or can be booked and paid via the website if being used as an emergency facility or ad hoc basis.
EARLY DROPS AND LATE PICK UPS AND LUNE AND WILD LUNCHES
Please let us know if you are interested in signing up for hot lunches with ‘Lune and Wild’/ early drops (from 8.30 Mon – Fri)/ late pick ups (until 4.45 Monday to Thursday). These options need to be booked on designated days in advance on a termly basis.
LATE PAYMENT
A 10% charge will be added to every invoice that has not been settled by the due date. This will rise by 2% incrementally for each subsequent day of non-payment.
