A £40 non-refundable registration fee is required to register your child and book a tour. In the first year, a deposit of £400 is required on acceptance of your place. In the second year of attendance, a further £400 secures your place for the following September. The full amount of £800 will be deducted from your last term’s fees provided a written full term’s notice of withdrawal has been provided. This requires notice to be given at the end of the penultimate term your child is attending. A term’s notice of withdrawal must be given, or a term’s fees are due in lieu thereof. I give permission for photographs to be taken of my child for the purpose of tracking and recording their development. These images will be used for display at parents evenings and in their learning journals. I give permission to Tara House to share information with my child’s next school i.e. developmental trackers, learning journals, 2 year checks and report cards. However, I am also aware that under certain circumstances information may have to be shared without consent.
